How It Works:
Therapy consists of 50-minute sessions priced at $100 each. In the beginning, sessions are held weekly, offering space for the patient to express their suffering and concerns. During this stage, the therapist works to understand the challenges the patient is facing. Once the main issues are clarified, the therapist explores the patient's expectations for treatment, ensuring alignment for a meaningful and effective process. The goal of psychotherapy is to help the patient navigate their difficulties and build a life that is truly worth living.

Emotional Difficulties
Dificuldade Struggling to manage emotions, leading to excessive stress, worry, crises, and emotional outbursts.
Relationship Issues
